Abstract：China's food security has made remarkable achievements in recent years, but it has also been endowed with a new concept, gradually changing to a deeper level.New food security cannot be separated from the support of science and technology.China's food science and technology level has been steadily improved,and the goal of agricultural science and technology innovation has also shifted from the traditional quality and quantity guarantee to ensuring food security.It is urgent to accelerate agricultural innovation in science and technology,such as“three increases”of agricultural products,“agriculture”and high food losses,pressure on resources and the environment,and the epidemic.At the same time,the multiple objectives of food security(functional security,industrial chain security,supply chain security,value chain security and market security)also call for agricultural science and technology innovation to turn.But in general,China's agricultural science and technology innovation is not satisfactory.It is necessary to improve the agricultural science and technology innovation system that effectively serves food production capacity security,innovate the agricultural science and technology market system that effectively serves food market security,innovate the agricultural science and technology talent system that effectively supports the national food security strategy,and innovate the agricultural science and technology policy system that strongly supports the food security strategy.
