Abstract：In recent years,disruptive technologies have received high attention from various sectors of the state and society.By analyzing the characteristics of disruptive technologies,using the grounded theory to obtain the value evaluation indicators of disruptive technologies,constructing a scientific and reasonable value evaluation system for disruptive technologies,and then using AHP and entropy weight method to combine and assign weights to the indicators,and taking autonomous driving technology as an example to verify the feasibility of the system,this study finally analyzes the role of the value evaluation system of disruptive technologies from three aspects including technology upgrading,enterprise development and policy implementation.This system provides reference for the value discovery of disruptive technologies and also provides new ideas for future research on disruptive technologies.
