Forming Mechanism of Interdependent Relationship Between High-end Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises and Suppliers

Abstract：The research defined the connotation of interdependent relationship between high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises and suppliers.It also analyzed forming driving factors of their interdependent relationship based on resource dependence theory,relationship theory and transaction cost theory.Based on this,according to typical cases,it revealed the three forming process of the interdependent relationship under the different circumstance.Finally,the paper refined the forming process mechanism model of the interdependent relationship.It provided the theoretical basis and practical reference for high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises and suppliers to build the interdependent relationship
