Abstract：Under the impetus of the new generation of information and communication technologies,following the digital city,intelligent city,the City Informatization goes into the advanced stage of smart city.The smart governance under smart city background promotes the development of urban administration from traditional-style assault,campaign-style urban management to participate in multi-agent,standardization,normalization of urban governance.The innovative urban governance model in smart city is an new urban administration model which is based on public information platform,with some basic characteristics of multisectoral collaborative management,public participation,and standardized closed-loop operation of the process of urban management model.It promotes the formation and development of scientific and efficient urban governance pattern
