试论文化与科技融合发展的基本模式

摘要本文围绕文化与科技融合, 尝试提出了9种融合的理论模式和3种政府作用模式, 归纳了国内外政府促进文化与科技融合的特点, 并以北京为例, 从宏观、中观、微观三个层面提出了现阶段政府促进文化与科技融合应选择的模式。

Abstract：Focus on the integration of culture and technology, this article puts forward 9 theoretical modes and 3 promoting modes of government, and concludes the features of foreign governments in advancing the integration of culture and technology in their country.Taking Beijing as an example, this article also offers the suggestion on how to promote the integration of culture and technology appropriately at the present stage
