Abstract：This paper chooses the index data, through the establishment of index system and model, and studies the relation between the human resources in science and technology and bio-industry development model, through further analysis on influence of the adaptation between the human resources of science and technology and bio-industry on industry.It reflects the use of the scientific and technological human resource in the biological industry investment, production and other aspects of the development of the optimization and upgrading of the structure.The empirical analysis shows, the relationship between the adaptation, bio-industry development and human resources in science and technology is weak, and needs to be further enhanced.The fit between biological, biochemical products manufacturing industry and human resource of science and technology is relatively weak, and needs to be adjusted strategically
