Technology Innovation Efficiency of Industrial Enterprises in China s Eight Economic Zones and It s Influencing Factors

Abstract：Taking technology innovation efficiency of the large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in China s eight economic zones as the research object,this paper conducts empirical research based on SE-DEA and quantitative analysis.Three results have been found:firstly,annual average value of technology innovation efficiency of industrial enterprises in China s eight economic zones from 2001 to 2011 has regional differences,from high to low rankings are the southern coast,the eastern coast,the northern coast,the southwest China,the central Yangtze river,the northeast China,the middle of the Yellow River,and the northwest China.Secondly,the efficiency value of each region fluctuates in view of long term.Thirdly,government technology funds and proportion of state-owned property right have negative influence on innovation efficiency,while technology spillover of regional high-tech industries and enterprise scale promoting the efficiency.Finally,some policy suggestions are offered in accordance with the research result.
