Abstract By analyzing the relative literatures on IP capabilities and influencing factors in China and other parts f the world,the study constructs the theoretical framework of influencing factors of IP capabilities of cultural creative enterprise from three levels,namely resource level,capability level and environment level.On this basis,it selects 142 cultural and creative enterprises from Qujiang Cultural Industry Park,National Digital Publishing Base,the Western Cloud Valley,etc.It uses factor analysis and multiple regression analysis method to carry out questionnaire survey and empirical research.The results show that human capital,innovation investment,TMT intellectual property quality and relationship network have the significant positive impact on IP capabilities in enterprise resource level;organizational learning capability,platform capability and experience marketing capability have remarkable positive effect on IP capabilities in the enterprise capacity level;in the aspect of external environment,market demand,government subsidies,geographical and cultural endowments have significant positive effects,while the external intellectual property protection,industrial agglomeration and financial development have not significant positive effect.
