Abstract Patent aggregating companies,fostering patents operation by acquiring patents and aggregating large patent portfolios,can be divide into eight types of business model and four types of strategy.Patent aggregating companies not only bring chances of innovative development,but also monopoly threats the competition order of IP market.In Europe and America,rich experiences have been accumulated on the aspects of review forms,regulation methods and regulation procedures of patent aggregation anti-monopoly for many years.At present,Chinese enterprises are frequently suffering from the attack of patent aggregator in the international market,but no warning system is established against patent aggregator so far in China.In order to make up the deficiency of anti-monopoly laws in the field of intellectual property,it is of great importance to make the full use of regulations and laws,establishing and improving relevant security mechanism,and enhancing the quality of patent so as to avoid the vicious lawsuits.
