科研人员信用评价指标体系研究

Abstract Based on the researches on the credit evaluation index system at home and abroad,and combining with national science and technology project management rules and policies,this paper proposed a scientific,objective and feasible credit evaluation index system for the personnel who engage in national scientific and technological researches.The paper also gave the index calculation method and the data acquisition method and source.The evaluation was rated by the ten-grade scoring.The AHP and expert scoring methods were applied to obtain a reasonable weight value,and the YAAHP software was used to quickly calculate the weight and give the evaluation criteria of each index.Finally,the empirical analysis was taken to verify the feasibility of this credit evaluation method
