Abstract In the context of science and technology internationalization,international science and technology cooperation has been positioned as an important strategy for all countries to acquire innovation resource and upgrade their innovation capacity.Planning and promoting innovation from the global perspective has become the consensus for implementation of the innovation driven strategy in China.There will be broader and deeper international science and technology cooperation,along with more demand for the evaluation of cooperation.The characteristics of cooperation evaluation are analyzed,the principle of evaluation,as well as the logic model and some methods are proposed in this paper.It provides some reference for the evaluation of international science and technology cooperation.
