Abstract This paper firstly analyzed the definition,mode,elements and workflows of crowdsourcing,and developed a common conceptual framework of crowdsourcing workflows.Then,it reviewed the recent researches on its elements and activities between elements based on the framework,and elaborated the main area of crowdsourcing application and crowdsourcing negative problem.Finally,this paper established the theoretical framework of crowdsourcing research,and summarized the deficiencies of existing research and put forward the direction of future studies
