Abstract Based on the resource-based view,363 high-tech start-ups were taken as research samples and hierarchical regression was adopted as the empirical research method.The results show that the use of crowdsourcing had a positive effect on the innovation performance of new venture enterprises,and the possitive effect of crowdsourcing on innovation performance was mediated by exploratory learning rather than exploitable learning.Through the robustness test,it could conclude that crowdsourcing was positively correlated with innovation,and exploratory learning still played a mediating role.
