中国科技管理组织结构发展研究

Abstract This paper took organization structure of Chinese scientific and technological management as research object.Through arranging the organization structure at different stages since the founding of new China,it studied the supervisor-subordinate relationship,scientific and technological management work and resource allocation functions of the departments.The results showed that organization structure of Chinese scientific and technological management experienced a process from simple to complex,from few departments to most departments,and from few levels to multiple levels.The present work of the scientific and technological management and resource allocation is not only overall planned but also has divisions.In the end,the paper summarized the characteristics of organization structure of Chinese scientific and technological management,and put forward policy advices
