Abstract The paper explains the network diversity and incubated enterprise strategy entrepreneurship from the perspective of bricolage theory under network situation.Following “Resources-Behavior-Performance”framework,this paper constructs a theory model among network diversity,incubated enterprise strategy entrepreneurship and incubation performance.Then through SEM and multiple mediation effect analysis to empirical test,it finds that network diversity has a positive effect on the incubated enterprise incubation performance;the two dimensions of the strategy entrepreneurship mediate network diversity and incubated enterprise incubation performance
