Abstract Photovoltaic industry shows large-investment,long-payback-period and other characteristics.There exists a large controversy in the source of its investment,investment structure and proportion.This paper constructs the evolutionary game model to analyze the influence factors of the game subject strategy choice,observe the dynamic game evolution process under different initial conditions.Then,it makes a case analysis combined with the local government's policy for the PV industry.The study finds that government and enterprise cooperation is conducive to establish a long-term mechanism of government investment,to promote the development of the PV industry,and improve the industrial benefit level and competitiveness
