Abstract Policy evaluation is one of the important issues in policy science research.Since 2009,the state council has approved to carry out pilot policy in Zhongguancun,Eastlake,Zhangjiang national innovation demonstration zone,and Hewubeng plentiful test zone.Given the pilot policy on the important role of science and technology reform in China,we tracked and evaluated the pilot policy.This report mainly investigated the overall promoting situation about Zhongguancun pilot policy in recent years,evaluated 12 policies' results,analyzed the main problems and obstacles which affected policy implementation,and put forward further suggestions
