Internal Mechanism of National Innovation Demonstration Zone Cohesive Innovation Based on System Dynamics |

Abstract This paper studied the connotation of cohesive innovation,and then carried out the investigation to explore internal mechanism of cohesive innovation based on experiences from the Sunan National Innovation Demonstration Zone.The survey data indicates that there are four factors affecting cohesive innovation benefits,including innovation motivation,innovation service,technology-driven and innovation environment.Specifically,innovation motivation has the most significant impact on output value of high-tech industry(economic benefits);innovation service has the most significant impact on the amount of technological achievements(technical benefits);technology-driven has the most significant impact on per capita wage of employees(social benefits).In addition,the changing of whole factors has obviously greater impact on cohesive innovation benefits than that of single factor.Therefore,different innovative elements must adapt and match each other continuously to create an organic whole.
