Abstract Industrial technology standard has an important significance for the improvement of an industry's innovative capability and global competitiveness,so S&T plan should play an important role in guiding the establishment and popularization of industrial technology standard.On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of industrial technology standard,this paper proposes the thought of S&T plan project management based on industrial technology standard and then designs the management tactics including S&T plan project collection,project guide formation,project approval,project implementation monitoring as well as project acceptance assessment.This paper aims at providing references for the S&T plan project management optimization with the industrial technology standard as guidance
