| International R&D Spillover Effect of FDI on the Independent Innovation in Yangtze River Delta |

Abstract The paper took Yangtze River Delta as the research object.With relevant data from 1990 to 2014 and using the time series model,this paper empirically analyzed the international R&D spillover effect of FDI on the independent innovation in Yangtze River Delta.The study indicates the following results.The R&D input of the Yangtze River Delta is the main factor promoting independent innovation ability.The R&D spillover of FDI enterprise through international trade channels has a positive impact on sales revenue of new products,but the R&D spillover of FDI companies through channels of engaging in the production and business operation has a negative impact on the independent innovation.The stock of human capital and institutional environment have no significant influence on the independent innovation ability of Yangtze River Delta region.Based on the regression results,this paper put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to Yangtze River Delta region
