基于扎根理论的PPP项目履约绩效影响因素

Abstract The influencing factors of contract-enforcing performance are explored based on grounded theory,the research materials which are obtained through document collection arrangement and interviews are coded by using the software of NVivo 10.The research results show that three core categories of the influencing factors of contract-enforcing performance are governments,social capital and public-private cooperation.Furthermore,management suggestions are proposed as follows.① Governments governance should be improved constantly by changing governments functions and administrative rule of law.② Modernized enterprise system should be established,great attention should be paid to research innovation and reputation by social capital.③ Contract spirit should be set up by governments to realize equal market transaction with social capital,and reputation platforms of social capital should be established to commend the superior and curb the inferior
