Abstract Under the new order of global climate governance,MRV(monitoring,reporting,verification)technologies face being adjusted.Through comparative study on MRV system and management regulations of EU,Japan and the United States,it explores the lessons,analyzes China's present situation and the insufficiency.China should formulate the laws and the implementation detailed rules,establish international standards,strengthen the process of supervision,strengthen training and supervision of personnel,and lay the foundation for the establishment of national carbon market
