Performance Evaluation of the Industry-Oriented Collaborative Innovation Centers Based on Cloud Model |

Abstract The paper took the industry-oriented collaborative innovation centers as an example.Complied with the targets and tasks of collaborative innovation in colleges and universities,it designed the performance evaluation index system from 3 dimensions of collaborative innovation output performance,innovation behavior collaborative performance and collaborative innovation environment.And it designed cloud model to evaluate collaborative innovation center performance through the actual example calculation.The results show that cloud model could better handle the fuzziness,random information as well as in line with the collaborative innovation center performance evaluation features and practical needs,and it could provide practical guidance to increase collaborative innovation center performance.
