Abstract The progress of mobile internet technology has promoted the the development of new types of E-commerce such as micro-commerce.Both the government and the platform should take corresponding responsibility for the problems during the development of micro-commerce.The principles of platform regulation should be set reasonably and the responsibility should be defined scientifically.Cooperation rather than confrontation is the right direction of governance
