Abstract Based on the analysis of manifestations of management innovation effectiveness,this paper built the overall measurement framework from the three perspectives of sustainable development of enterprises,enterprise's performance contribution and incremental performance.Then it introduced the basic thought,model structure,and the index system of the sustainability index evaluation model,enterprise performance contribution evaluation model and incremental performance evaluation model.And it also carried out empirical studies using the three models for the example of management innovation practices of State Grid Corporation of China
