Abstract This paper used investigation data of China technical small and micro-enterprises to explore how entrepreneurial network embeddedness and business model impact technical entrepreneurial performance.The empirical study results implicate that network embeddedness impacts on the business model,the sub-dimensions of business model takes a mediating effect and the types of business model take moderating effect between network embeddedness and performance,but the significance depends on the different types of business model
