Abstract The sharing economy relies on the“Internet plus”technology.Thnough constructing the sharing platform,realizing the precise matching and efficient circulation of idle resources between the supply side and the demand side,it gets great development and arouses widespread concern from the industry and academia.By clarifying the theory and path of business model innovation,we can explore the source of sharing economy enterprises' competitive advantages and the key to business model innovation.The paper,from the participants' perspective of sharing economy,researches on the path of business model innovation of sharing economy enterprises by building borderless supply system,the new system of retail business,diversified profit system,and differentiated value system.Then it puts forward suggestions for business model innovation of Start-up enterprises in the new era.That it includes the following ways:through supply innovation,marketing innovation,service innovation and profitability innovation to promote and trigger business model innovation.
