Abstract This paper divides high-tech enterprise incubator performance into economic performance,incubation performance and technology innovation performance,and studies the effects of human resource input,capital input and material input,on high-tech enterprise performance.Regression analysis is used,and to economic performance,these three factors all shows positive correlation,and enterprise incubators’ economic performance is better than administrative institution incubators’.To incubation performance,these factors all shows small influence,because soft value-added service is more important.To technology innovation performance,capital input and human resource input show positive correlation,but enterprise incubators’ technology innovation is worse than administrative institutions’.
