Abstract Based on Chinese technology business incubator policies,the research utilizes co-word network,cluster analysis and multidimensional scaling analysis aiming at figuring out high-frequency subject headings and different clusters,exploring disciplines and changing process of related policies,concluding characteristics of policy changes and predicting the tendency,which is beneficial to technology business incubators.It turns out that various disciplines lie in phase,space,subject,technology business incubator system,qualification certification and management,resource allocation.
