Abstract Improving quality of science and technological innovation projects on college students are required in practicing creative abilities and the need of project management.By leading project quality control theories into quality control of science and technological innovation projects, it is useful to make objectives, obligations and assignments, to find out problems and solutions, and to improve the level of project quality control.Based on analyzing the principle of quality control of science and technological innovation projects, management process, part fixed position, process objective, management methods and continued improving methods are discussed, model of this quality control is constructed, management process and its content are discussed, real evidence and case analysis are studied.
