Abstract With the development of globalization, traditional Chinese collectivism value has been increasingly impacted by the western individualism values.This paper adopts Triandis collectivist scale and Heneman pay satisfaction multi-dimensional scale to survey the staffs in China's state-owned scientific research institutions.It uses spass15.0 for windows to calculate the correlation coefficient between the cultural values and pay satisfaction.It discusses the different satisfaction under different cultural values.
