Abstract Based on the theory of value chain, we decompose the technology innovation activity into two relational stages of R&D and S&T convention, and think that the original innovation input will also have a direct influence on the economic output of the second stage.Then we construct the relational two-stage DEA models with shared inputs to compute the different kinds of industrial enterprise's innovation efficiency.
