Abstract Sustainability of environmental resources is facing with great challenges during the process of economic globalization.In this paper,from the relationship between environmental and enterprise performance,evaluation of environmental performance,measurement of environmental cost and internalization of environmental cost are reviewed.From the perspective of stakeholders,it also analyzed the game relationship among these stakeholders.
