Abstract The special variation of China s economic and social development center based on provincial data is the focus of spatial variation of the role of provincial level in China s development of social productive forces in social progress.Its study has a double value of the theory and practice.Integrated use of geography software and evolution path model of the focus,starting from the evolution path of the economic development focus,the production value-added focus,the social consumption focus and population focus,we measure and compare the evolution path model of the focus of all key indicators of China s economic and social development,and explore the special variation of China s economic and social development center based on provincial data,and put forward the targeted policy recommendations of China s economic and social sustainable development,by two levels of improving important indicator and narrowing the gap between East and West and North-South gap.
