Abstract This paper,applying the structure equation model method and High Tech enterprises survey data in China,analyzed and tested the factors and paths promoting the High Tech enterprises indigenous innovation We found that both the enterprises external technological and policy factors,and the enterprises internal innovation environment and system arrangement factors,have a significant positive correlation with the enterprises innovation dynamics We also found that protecting the intellectual property,building the combination of joint innovation,modeling the enterprise culture,fostering the incentive mechanism and the tolerant environment of enterprise innovations,are major factors affecting the innovation dynamics of China s High Tech enterprise Finally,according to the empirical analysis results,this paper put forward countermeasures to enhance the innovation dynamics of High Tech enterprises in China
