Abstract Based on Bourdieu's social field theory,combined with the practice of scientific research in universities,this paper deeply analyzes the specific elements and functional relations of the system of scientific research activities in universities,and builds the model of scientific research field in universities.This model describes the actual form and logical path of university scientific research,reveals the field structure and dynamic mechanism of university scientific research,provides a relational thinking method of scientific research management,expands the all-round and multi-level vision,and provides decision-making reference for the work of university scientific research management related policy research and practice path guidance.
