团队合作如何影响技术转移——国家重点研发计划技术转移绩效影响机制研究

Abstract This paper takes the National Key R&D Program as the research context and proposes a theoretical model of “contractual clarity-collaboration involvement-technology transfer capability-technology transfer performance”to explore how project teams should collaborate in order to the generation of high technology transfer performance.We employed structural equation model to examine the proposed model and utilized multi-group structural equation model approach to investigate the differential effects of different contexts related to resource dependence,collaboration embeddedness,and social recognition demands on each path of the model.We found that contractual clarity is a precursor variable of technology transfer performance,with technology transfer capability exerting the strongest influence on technology transfer performance.Additionally,collaboration involvement plays a mediating role in the relationship between contractual clarity and technology transfer performance.In different contexts,there are significant variations in the impact pathways of contractual clarity on technology transfer performance.The research findings can provide a reference for the government to effectively manage scientific and technological projects,as well as for the chief scientist to manage the team's work and promote technology transfer.
