国际化战略、资源基础与新能源汽车企业创新绩效——基于模糊集定性比较分析

Abstract Based on the resource base view,this paper takes the decline of new energy vehicle subsidies in 2017 as the observation point,and uses fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA)method to discuss the impact and path evolution of the internationalization strategy implemented by new energy vehicle listed enterprises on their innovation performance.The study show the followings.①Individual elements do not constitute a necessary condition for the innovation performance of new energy vehicle enterprises,and the effective combination of internationalization strategy and resource base elements forms a diversified path with the same destination.②New energy vehicle enterprises of different sizes have different paths to achieve innovation performance.Large-scale new energy vehicle enterprises are led by the strategy of internationalization breadth,and achieve high-level innovation performance through their own resource investment and integration of government or market resources;Small-scale new energy automobile enterprises combine the strategy of internationalization breadth with the strategy of internationalization depth,and need to allocate rich market resources.③The gradual decline of the subsidy policy has forced enterprises to change their technological innovation methods,the policy dependence of enterprises has weakened,the level of international development has been continuously improved.The innovation performance has shown the characteristics of changing from policy-driven to market resources and internal resource coordination.
