| Study on Evolution of Sci-tech Achievement Assessment Policies:Trends,Features and Routes |

Abstract Sci-tech achievement assessment plays a vital role in the whole sci-tech assessment system,as it does good to recognize value of technologies for better commercialization,which gives strong support to realization of sci-tech self-reliance and self-strengthening at higher levels.As a baton for R&D activities,sci-tech achievement assessment policies are key to improvement of sci-tech achievement assessment mechanism.Through sorting out sci-tech achievement assessment policies in China over the years,overall development trends of policies are seized.Then,method of co-word analysis is used for figuring out the focuses and features of policies.Furthermore,three mainlines of assessment participants,activities and methods are summarized for exploring the inner logic and development mechanism of policies.In response to the four major issues of what to evaluate,how to evaluate,who to evaluate and how to use,suggestions are provided for upcoming sci-tech achievement assessment policies in the new era.
