颠覆性技术多元化投入机制构建思路的案例研究

Abstract Taking the American Electronics Resurgence Initiative and Hypersonic Project as examples,this paper discusses the internal mechanism for diversified investment of disruptive technology from the perspective of investment subject,investment object,operation mechanism and guarantee means.The research finds that government driving is an important way to guide the diversified investment subject of disruptive technology,scientific allocation is the main principle for choosing the diversification investment object of disruptive technology,efficient operation is the key channel to improve the diversified transformation process of disruptive technology,ecological optimization is a powerful means to ensure the output of disruptive technological diversification innovation.Further,on this basis,the theoretical model of disruptive technology diversification investment mechanism is constructed from four aspects,including the open source and expansion of investment channels,the incentive and risk control of investment enthusiasm,the process optimization of investment efficiency and the ecological construction of investment guarantee.
