| Characteristics of China's Region Embedded Global Value Chain and National Value Chain Under the Background of Dual Circulation |

Abstract According to China multi-regional input-output tables and extended WWZ model,the paper analyzes the characteristics of china's region embedded Global Value Chain(GVC)and National Value Chain(NVC)under the background of dual circulation.Our studies indicate the followings.①China's regions are the beneficiaries of GVC and NVC,and the added value of trade in coastal provinces is more.②The added value ratios are showing a downward trend,the added value ratio of the coastal provinces is lower.③The participation levels in GVC and NVC are rising as a whole.the coastal provinces mainly tend to embedded GVC while the inland areas are mainly embedded in NVC.④Participation levels of GVC and NVC in the provinces near Jing-Jin-Ji,Yangtze and Pearl River Delta regions are higher.⑤The increase of NVC participation levels is higher than that of GVC in China,indicating that China's economic development is increasingly dependent on the domestic market,and the domestic value chain is playing a more important role.⑥The value-added supply and demand flowing of all regions has significant adjacent or coastal characteristic.More value-added supply of all regions flows to the adjacent area or the coastal area,and their more value-added demand comes from the adjacent area or the coastal area.
