第三方评估在中国:特征、类型与发展策略

Abstract The third-party evaluation is an important innovation of government management modernization in China.In order to better promote the development of the third-party evaluation in China,it need to correctly understand the connotation,characteristics and types of the third-party evaluation.Through the practical cases in China of the third-party evaluation,professionality and openness is analyzed about the three types,namely mature,supplement and potential models.At the same time,based on the SWOT analysis of the characteristics of the third-party evaluation and external environment,the future development of the third-party evaluation in China is divided into four strategies including developing with the opportunity,actively catching up,keeping a low profile and exploring transformation.
