基于扎根理论的科技型企业知识产权证券化风险因素分析

Abstract As an important way of effective integration of technology and financial resources,intellectual property securitization has attracted much attention and developed rapidly in recent years.Taking the first intellectual property securitization product WENKEYIQI ABS project as case study object,based on the grounded theory,the paper identifies the science and technology enterprises intellectual property securitization financing risk factors,and builds a set of intellectual property securitization risk identification framework for China.On the basis of the intellectual property securitization project life cycle,taking cash flow risk as the core,this paper draws the fishbone diagram of risk influencing factors in each stage,summarizes the key points of risk prevention in the first,middle,later and full cycle of intellectual property securitization,and puts forward suggestions on risk management in the whole process according to the conclusion.This paper enriches the case studies related to the risks of intellectual property securitization and provides reference for the risk prevention and control of intellectual property securitization.
