创新资源约束区创新驱动发展形成机制——基于扎根理论的探索性分析

Abstract The imbalance and insufficiency of regional innovation-driven development in China are prominent,and the problem of innovation-driven development in innovation resource-constrained areas has attracted extensive attention.This study,employing the grounded theory method,explores the formation mechanism and action pathway of innovation-driven development in innovation resource-constrained areas,and establishes a multi-dimensional mechanism model of“behavior-situation-effect”.The results shed light on the followings.①Government power,enterprise embeddedness,innovation environment and regional collaborative innovation have an important impact on the formation of innovation-driven development in innovation resource-constrained areas.②Government power is the most important factor,which runs through the whole process of innovation-driven development in innovation resource-constrained areas,and plays a basic role in innovation-driven development in innovation resource-constrained areas.③Enterprise embeddedness,innovation environment and regional collaborative innovation are effective ways and important ways.Enterprise embeddedness promotes the formation of innovation-driven development from the micro level,while innovation environment and regional collaborative innovation ensure innovation-driven development from the macro level.Based on the conclusions,this study puts forward relevant policy suggestions in order to provide a scientific support for improving the level of innovation-driven development of innovation resource-constrained areas and promoting regional coordinated development.
