制造企业数字化转型不同阶段的影响因素——基于扎根理论的多案例研究

Abstract This paper divides the digital transformation process of manufacturing enterprises into different stages,selects 4 enterprises as cases,applies grounded theory to extract influencing factors at the incubation stage and implementation stage of digital transformation,constructs the influence factor model,and verifies it in combination with cases.The results show as follows.①In the incubation stage,the three factors of market-driven,innovation-driven and policy-driven interact to form the external driving force for the transformation,while entrepreneurship and basic conditions are the internal driving force.②In the implementation stage,resource investment,external cooperation,organizational flexibility and management mechanism play a positive role in promoting digital transformation.Path dependence hinders digital transformation.Entrepreneurship has a vital strategic guiding role.Entrepreneurship is an influencing factor throughout the two transformation process,but its connotation and performance are different at different stages.
