Abstract Industrial Internet platform is an effective organization form to promote transformation and upgrading of industry,an intelligent ecology to drive to produce resource synergy,production and use integration and create a win-win situation.It's value creation process includes the followings.①Collaborative sharing of collaborative relationship resources,technical ability resources,open information resources and innovative cultural resources.②Through three levels of resource,structure and culture,stakeholders are empowered to realize value co-creation step by step.③Both technological integration and humanistic integration are taken into account to promote scene symbiosis.④Based on resource sharing,value co-creation and scene symbiosis,the win-win situation of all stakeholders and ecology as a whole in the platform ecology is realized.The essence of value creation of industrial Internet platform is to realize complex network effect,which is path-dependent.
