| How to Accurately Understand National Strategic Science and Technology Force? |

Abstract The Communist Party of China and the state have attached great importance to strengthening national strategic science and technology forces in recent years,which reflects the significance of national strategic science and technology force in contemporary national development and international competition.However,it also indicates that there are still some deficiencies.One key problem is the lack of systematic research and accurate grasp of the rich connotation,time features and formation rules of the national strategic science and technology force.The big difference and deviation in understanding not only lead to the failure on forming the necessary ideological consensus,but also some confusion in practice.Thus,it is difficult to form the due strategic synergy.Starting from the three key words of country/nation/state,strategy/strategic and science and technology force,this paper discusses how to fully and accurately understand the rich connotation of national strategic science and technology force,and answers three important questions related to it.
