Christensen颠覆性创新理论新进展:反常问题视角

Abstract Anomaly-seeking is Christensen' essential research path to create and develop his disruptive innovation theory,but we have not been paid more attention to his method and new researches.After defining the concept of generalized anomaly,this paper divides it into three categories.The first one is the practice without any theory explanation,the second one is the unmatched theoretical explanation with the practice,and the last one is the weaker theory explanation than the competitors.Using The Innovator's Solution in 2003 as the boundary between the classical theory and the new progress,this paper summarizes the five aspects of new progress in Christensen's literatures including jobs-to-be-done,extensible core,market-creating innovation,business model,and new three classifications of innovation.They are derived from the solutions of three types of anomalies,and unified into the framework of business model elements from the theory of resources,procedures,values.The further directions are put forward along the road of identifying the anomalies of the new researches.These research processes and results contribute to our profound understanding and effective application of disruptive innovation theory,and add new knowledge to the management research methodology.
