| Intellectual Property Securitization in China: Policy Background,International Comparison and Model Research |

Abstract Intellectual property securitization is an effective way to promote the efficient application of intellectual property and solve the financing problem of small and medium-sized enterprises.In recent years,it has received some attention in China,but the related systematic research is still rare.This paper first combs the relevant policy documents at the national and local levels,and then makes a comparative analysis of typical cases of intellectual property securitization at home and abroad.On this basis,it puts forward a typical model of intellectual property securitization which combines multiple innovative SMEs and takes patent as the underlying asset under the Chinese scenario,and the key elements and key points of the model are discussed.This paper is expected to provide references for the practical development of intellectual property securitization and related theoretical research.
