中国高成长企业的双元创新路径探析——以苏南自创区瞪羚企业为例

Abstract The innovation-driven productivity shows a series effect,which is an important reason for the explosive growth of the new economy triggered by the rapid growth of a large number of Gazelle enterprises.All regional governments are paying more and more attention to the driving effect of high-growth enterprises' innovation capabilities on the local economy and the demonstration effect of ambidextrous innovation paths on traditional enterprises.Taking the Gazelle enterprises in the Southern Jiangsu National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone as the research subject this article established an innovation cooperation network from 2004 to 2018.By using a hierarchical regression model this article tested the effect of network location,knowledge search and relationship strength on ambidextrous innovation for exploring the specific path of ambidextrous innovation of Gazelle enterprises in stages.The results are as follows.①Network location has a significant positive impact on the ambidextrous innovation,among which network centrality is more important for incremental innovation,and structural hole is more important for breakthrough innovation.②Knowledge search has a significant mediating effect in the process of network location promoting ambidextrous innovation.The depth of knowledge search is more conducive to incremental innovation,and the width of knowledge search is more conducive to breakthrough innovation.③Relationship strength plays a positive role in the process of network location and knowledge search in promoting incremental innovation,and plays a negative role in the process of promoting breakthrough innovation.④The network location,knowledge search,and relationship strength of incremental innovation-led companies and breakthrough innovation-led companies have evolved over time,showing distinct characteristics,which makes them have significant differences in the choice of innovation paths.
